WHO ARE WE

Our journey in the realm of property investment is deeply rooted in our family. Initiated by Company Directors Sharon and Ivan after the challenging period of the 2008 financial crisis, our family has been engaged in the property sector.

Over the years, we have developed a small but diverse portfolio that spans across both residential and commercial properties.

A&K Property Solutions was founded by Company CEO Aron, an alumnus of the University of Exeter. As a student from 2012 to 2015, he encountered the challenges of substandard student accommodation. These experiences highlighted the need for well-managed and high quality housing options in Exeter.

Also, recognizing the substantial barriers in purchasing a residential property within the city, largely due to affordability concerns, Aron envisioned a solution that would address these issues head-on. A&K Property Solutions emerged from this vision, committed to delivering affordable housing solutions without compromising on quality.
